摘要
以氧化铝工业排出赤泥为原料,研究高碱赤泥料浆化多级循环脱碱和碱回收联合处理工艺。经3个阶段的反应处理实验,结果表明:当料浆固含量为50%,w(CaO)=5%,陈化温度为70℃,过滤级数为4时,试样含水率低于25%,碱脱除率达79.43%,碱的质量分数为0.87%。
The combined treatment of multi-stage cycle dealkalization and alkali recovery on red mud from alumina industry is studied.After three-stage reaction processing experiment,it is shown that when the solid content of slurry is 50%,w(CaO)=5%,the temperature is 70 ℃ and the filter series is 4,the sample's water content is below 25%,alkali removal rate reaches 79.43% and alkali concentration is 0.87%.
