摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备La-Ce/TiO_2催化剂,以CO为还原剂,考察其催化还原SO_2的性能。结果表明,制备La-Ce/TiO_2催化剂的最佳条件为La与Ce物质的量比为1∶3、溶液pH值为0.8、陈化温度为40℃、陈化时间为24 h、焙烧温度为600℃、焙烧时间为7 h。此条件制备的催化剂活性较好,脱硫率达到93%。
La-Ce / TiO2 catalyst was prepared by the sol-gel method and used for catalytic reduction of SO2 with CO. The results showed that the optimal preparation conditions of La-Ce / TiO2 catalyst were as followed: mole ratio of La to Ce was 1∶ 3,pH value was0. 8,aging temperature was 40 ℃,aging time was 24 h,calcination temperature was 600 ℃,calcination time was 7 h. The catalyst prepared by these certain conditions had good catalytic performance,which achieved 93% of desulphurization rate.
