用于光催化的针铁矿材料制备及性能

摘要 以沉淀法制备的针铁矿为光催化剂,考察了Fe3+来源、反应方式、陈化温度及陈化时间等因素对合成针铁矿的影响,并利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对不同因素制备的针铁矿矿相及微观形貌进行表征,确定了适宜的催化剂制备条件。选用双酚A(BPA)为目标污染物,研究了针铁矿的光催化性能。结果表明,采用将Na OH溶液逐滴滴加至Fe(NO3)3溶液中,在60℃条件下陈化12 h以上可以得到结晶度高、呈现均匀棒状的针铁矿,对BPA的去除率达90%以上。相比传统光-Fenton体系,UV/针铁矿/H_2O_2体系不仅可以拓宽p H值,而且可以减少H_2O_2的使用量,降低处理成本。 A goethite photocatalyst was prepared using the precipitation method. The effects of the Fe3+ source, reaction mode, aging temperature, and time on the preparation of goethite were investigated. In addi- tion, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were employed for the characterization of the crystal phase and micro-morphology. The optimal preparation conditions were determined from varying the parameters under which the goethite was synthesized. The photocatalytic degradation performance of goethite was investigated by using bisphenol A (BPA) as the target contaminant. The results indicated that the highly crystal- ized and uniform rod-like goethite was obtained by adding NaOH dropwise into Fe(NO3) 3, and aging the reac- tion under 60 ℃ for over 12 h; this achieved a BPA removal efficiency that exceeds 90%. Compared to the tra- ditional photo-Fenton system, the UV/goethite/H202 system can not only broaden the pH range of utilization, but also reduce the amount of hydrogen peroxide used, thereby decreasing the processing costs.
