摘要
结合安龙的生产实际,采用湿法从赤泥中脱铝脱钠:首先在赤泥中加入石灰,在适宜的条件下脱钠,然后在碳酸钠溶液中回收氧化铝。采用此法可降低拜尔法对矿石铝硅比的要求,赤泥不用再送到烧结法系统中进行烧结,提高了回转窑的产能,简化了生产工艺流程,对同类企业有一定的参考价值。
From the production practice in Anlong, wet method was used for desodium and dealuminum from red mud. Lime was added into red mud to desodium in proper conditions and then alumina was recycled from sodium carbonate liquor. Using this method, need of ore AI - Si of Bayer can be reduced and red mud needn＇t to be sintered in sintering system. It improves the productivity of rotary kiln, simplifies the production process, which gives some reference value to the similar enterprises.
