摘要
本实验考察了有机溶剂、固液比、提取温度和时间对辣椒红色素提取的影响。该实验采用正交实验,以产率为指标优化实验,得到最佳实验条件为辣椒:95%乙醇=1(g):7(mL),提取时间4h,提取温度60℃,收率11.21%。该实验为辣椒红色素的进一步纯化奠定了一定的基础。
The influence of different organic solvents,material liquid rate,extracting temperature and time on extraction of capsanthin were investigated.The orthogonal experiment was designed to optimize the experiment with overall yield as index,And the optimum reactive condition of extracting process was determined:capsicum powder:95% ethanol=1(g):7(mL),the extraction temperature 60℃,time 4 h,overall yield 11.21%.A foundation was founded for further purification of capsanthin by the experiment.
