摘要
辣椒种植范围广泛,为人类经常食用的蔬菜及调味品之一,堪称"蔬菜之冠",不仅产量大、资源丰富,而且营养成分齐全,其价值在各个领域都有所体现,故有极为广阔的开发前景。文章就辣椒营养成分的综合开发利用作以综述。
Pepper plant a wide range, as one of the people often eat vegetables and spices, is called ＂the crown of vegetables＂, not only the production of large, rich in natural resources, but also complete nutrition, and its value is reflected in each domain, which have a very broad prospects for development. In this paper, the comprehensive development and utilization of pepper nutrient components was summarized.
