摘要
目的探讨利用翻转静脉桥接加碱性成纤维细胞生长因子形成的再生室修复兔面神经缺损的可行性.方法手术制作兔左侧面神经下颊支15 mm缺损模型,分3组不同方法修复:常规静脉桥接加注生理盐水组、翻转静脉加注生理盐水组、翻转静脉加注碱性成纤维细胞生长因子组.术后100 d进行大体观察、神经电生理检测、组织学观察,以评价神经再生情况.结果翻转静脉加注碱性成纤维细胞生长因子组较单纯应用翻转静脉桥接技术或常规静脉桥接加注生理盐水而言,其神经传导速度恢复得到显著提高、组织学表现更接近正常.结论翻转静脉桥接加注碱性成纤维细胞生长因子修复周围神经缺损的效果好于单纯使用翻转静脉桥接或常规静脉桥接.
Objective To explore the effect of autogenous inside-out vein graft conduit combined with bFGF on peripheral nerve regeneration for repairing facial nerve defect in rabbits.Methods Facial nerve defect model was prepared by operation in 18 adult white rabbits.And according to different repairing methods,the rabbits were divided into three groups:group A,the facial nerve defect was bridged by autogenous standard vein graft and injection of normal saline;group B,the facial nerve defect was bridged by autogenous inside-out vein graft and injection of normal saline;group C,the facial nerve defect was bridged by autogenous inside-out vein graft and injection of bFGF.Microscopic examination and nerve conduct velocity were performed at 100th day after operation.Results Compared with group A(autogenous standard vein graft and injection of normal saline)and group B(autogenous inside-out vein graft and injection of normal saline),the nerve conduct velocity recovered significantly in group C(autogenous inside-out vein graft and injection of bFGF),and the histological results were almost similar to normal.Conclusion Bridging a defect in facial nerve with inside-out vein graft combined with bFGF has better effect than single using inside-out vein graft or standard vein graft.
