摘要
目的:通过对乳鼠坐骨神经条件培养基的研究,了解其对周围神经再生的作用。方法:用静脉桥接10mm缺损的鼠坐骨神经,静脉腔内注入用Askanas植块法得来的乳鼠坐骨神经条件培养基(实验组),对照组则注入单纯的培养液。术后8周、12周进行电生理、光镜及图象分析的研究。结果:实验组再生神经的传导速度、有髓神经纤维数及再生有髓纤维直径均优于对照组。结论:乳鼠的坐骨神经培养基可引导并促进坐骨神经在静脉管内的再生,为周围神经缺损后的再生提供良好的微环境。
Objective: To observe the effect of sciatic nerve cultured fluid on the regeneration of nerve. Methods: Vein autografts were used for repairing sciatic nerve defect of 10 mm. The cultured fluid of neonatal rats' sciatic nerve by the method of Askanas was injected into the vein (experimental group). Incontrol group pure cultured fluid was injected. The rats were sacrificed at 8 and 12 weeks for the study of histology, electrophysiology and image analysis. Results: It was found that nerve conduction velocity, regenerated myelinated nerve fiber diameter and number of treated nerve were superior to those of the control. Conclusions: The fluid of neonatal rats' sciatic nerve could promote the nerve regeneration through the vein graft.
