摘要
我国学界对公共健康伦理的研究主要是从三个层面展开的:一是公共健康伦理的元理论研究,包括公共健康伦理的内涵、学科定位和研究目的;二是对公共健康实践的伦理反思,包括公共健康领域中的伦理冲突、公共健康伦理原则和实践途径;三是对具体公共健康问题的伦理检视,包括对艾滋病等疾病防控、社会弱势群体健康问题以及全球公共健康问题的伦理研究等内容。我国的公共健康伦理研究具有理论与实践结合、宏观与微观互补、多学科交叉研究等特点,并呈现出学科建构、实践对策研究及全球公共健康伦理研究等三个发展趋势。
The research on public health ethics of domestic academic circles developed mainly in the following three perspectives.The first is elemental theories of public health ethics including its connotation,orientation and purpose.The second is ethical introspections on public health practice including ethical conflicts,principles and practical way.The third is ethical observations on specific problems of public health including ethical research on disease prevention and control such as AIDS,health problems of social disadvantaged groups and global public health,etc.The domestic research on public health ethics had three characteristics: combination of theory and practice,macro and micro complementation and multidisciplinary cross research.Furthermore,it presented trends of development such as discipline construction,research on practical countermeasures and global public health ethics,etc.
