摘要
近年来我国各大中医院校着力于研究和实施各种方法培养优质的中医药人才,培养中医思维更是工作的重点。而合适的考核模式是检验人才水平的重要手段,原有的考核模式显然不能适应现代社会发展需求。该文通过解析中医思维内涵,分析当前我国中医院校在中医思维考核中存在的问题,反思培养方式的不足,提出中医思维考核模式新思路,“以考促培”,以期为我国中医人才培养提供积极有益的参考。
In recent years,major TCM universities in China have focused on researching and implementing various methods to cultivate high-quality TCM talents,and cultivating TCM thinking is the focus of their work.The appropriate assessment mode is an important means to test the level of talents,and the original assessment mode obviously cannot adapt to the needs of modern social development.This paper analyzes the connotation of TCM thinking,analyzes the problems existing in the process of TCM thinking assessment,reflects on the deficiencies of the training mode,puts forward the new idea of TCM thinking assessment mode,and"promote training by examination",in order to provide a positive and beneficial reference for the training of TCM talents in China.
