摘要
提升军校学员综合素质有助于进一步适应军队现代化建设和未来战争需要,很好地适应高新技术的发展和新的军事变革的挑战。本文分析了当前军校学员综合素质评价与激励的重要意义,并对机制的建设进行了研究。
To enhance the comprehensive quality of students in the military college help to adapt to the modernization of the army and the needs of future war,well adapts to the development of high and new technology and the challenge of new military change.This paper analyzes the importance of the Cadets' comprehensive quality evaluation and motivation,and studies the construction of mechanism.
