摘要
为提高学员队干部考核质量,本文根据科学性、导向性和简便性原则,建立了考核测评标准和数学模型.通过两个年度的干部考核工作检验,证明该方法具有使用方便、结果准确、导向性好等特点,在部队干部考核中具有一定的推广价值.
To improve the quantity of checking on the staffs in the cadet brigade, this article gives the standard and mathematical model of checking on and assessing the staffs according to the rules of science, orientation and simplicity. By applying the method to our merit system over the past two years, we can prove that the method has many advantages such as excellent convenience, remarkable accuracy, good directions, and etc. It is concluded that the method can be popularized into the work of checking on the staffs in our armed forces.
