摘要
研究了共混工艺、RU复合胶(再生胶)、稀土偶联剂对废旧聚丙烯/RU复合胶共混材料力学性能和热变形温度的影响。并采用扫描电镜进行了材料断面的形态分析。结果表明,采用RU复合胶塑炼后再与废旧PP共混所得材料的综合性能较好;RU复合胶可明显改善废旧PP的冲击性能,但拉伸强度、热变形温度降低;稀土偶联剂可以改善RU复合胶与PP的界面结合,提高共混材料的性能。
The effects of blending technology, RU compound rubber ( reclaimed rubber) and rare-earth coupling agent on the mechanical properties and heat distorting temperature of recycled PP/reclaimed rubber blend were studied. The fracture surfaces of the blend were analyzed with SEM photograph. The blend with good properties could be prepared by mixing recycled polypropylene with premasticating RU compound rubber. Experiment results showed that impact strength of the blend was improved, but tensile strength and heat distorting temperature decreased. The rare-earth coupling agent could improve the compatibility and the properties of the blend.
