摘要
研究了再生聚丙烯颗粒掺量对砂浆工作性能、抗压强度和导热系数的影响,分析了聚丙烯颗粒的掺入对水泥砂浆的作用机理。试验结果表明:砂浆中掺加再生聚丙烯颗粒能显著降低砂浆导热系数,能够拓宽砂浆在保温领域的应用范围;但再生聚丙烯颗粒的掺入对砂浆抗压强度有一定影响。通过综合分析发现,当再生聚丙烯颗粒掺量为30%时不仅能显著降低砂浆导热系数,且能保证强度降低在可控范围内。
Effects of recycled polypropylene particles on the working performance,compressive strength and thermal conductivity of cement mortar were investigated.The mechanism of recycled polypropylene particles on the performance of cement mortar were analyzed.The results show that the thermal conductivity of mortar significantly reduced with the addition of the recycled polypropylene particles,while application scope in the field of thermal insulation of mortar were expanded.The compressive strength of Cement Mortar was decreased due to the addition of the recycled polypropylene particles.Through comprehensive analysis,it was found that the thermal conductivity of mortar can be reduced significantly and the strength can be controlled,when the content of recycled polypropylene particles is 30%.
