摘要
采用熔融共混法制备了β成核剂改性聚丙烯/废弃涤纶织物复合材料,采用差示扫描量热仪、广角X射线衍射仪、偏光显微镜和扫描电子显微镜研究了废弃涤纶织物对复合材料的结晶与熔融行为、结晶形态和微观结构的影响。结果表明,所用的负载型β成核剂能有效诱导回收聚丙烯形成大量的β晶;废弃涤纶织物与聚丙烯复合后,能有效地解离分散并保持纤维形态,且对β晶的影响很小。熔融温度升高会使复合材料的结晶和熔融行为与回收PP更接近。
Blends of waste polyester fabric/recycled polypropylene containing β nucleating agent were prepared using a twin-screw extruder. The crystallization and melting behavior, crystal morphology and mierostructure of the composites were investigated using DSC, WAXD, POM and SEM. It was found that a large quantity of β crystal was induced by the loaded β nucleating agent. The waste polyester fabric could be effectively dispersed and maintain the fiber morphology with little influence on the β erystal of polypropylene.
