Synergistic Effect of Compound Particles Reinforcing and Toughening Recycled Polypropylene

摘要 将回收聚丙烯(R-PP)分别与轻质碳酸钙/纳米碳酸钙和β-成核剂/纳米碳酸钙两组组合粒子共混,制得R-PP复合材料。对复合材料进行了力学性能测试、WXRD和DSC分析。结果表明:两组组合粒子均能提高R-PP复合材料的综合性能,其中β-成核剂/纳米碳酸钙/R-PP复合材料的综合性能较好。 Compound particles of Light CaCOal nano-CaCO3 and β-nucleating agent/nano-CaCO3 were blended with recycled polypropylene (R-PP) respectively. The properties and structure of the composites were studied by means of mechanical property test, WXRD and DSC. The results show that both compound particles could improve the general property of the R.PP composites, wherein the general property of β -nucleating agent/nano-CaCO3/R-PP composite is better.
