摘要
针对学前儿童亲社会行为的特点:①随年龄的增长而增多,②类型分布不均,以合作行为为主,③更多地指向同性同伴,④大多未得到及时强化,建议采取多种教育措施,促进儿童亲社会行为的早期发展,如提供亲社会行为榜样,加强社会技能训练,提高结果预期能力和及时强化等。
Naturalistic observation indicated that:① Preschooler' s prosocial behavior increased with age,② Cooperative behavior was the most com mon category of prosocial behavior,③ Prosocial behavior was displayed mainly am ong the children of the same sex,④ An amount of prosocial behavior was not rein forced positively and promptly.In accordance with the above features of prosocia l behavior,applicable approaches for fostering it were suggested,including model ing,positive reinforcement,outcome foreseeability impoving and social skill trai ning.
