摘要
知识经济时代呼唤有效的知识管理,隐性知识是知识的重要组成部分,正扮演着越来越重要的角色。文章对隐性知识的内涵和特征进行了详细的分析,并在对项目团队中的隐性知识进行深入探讨的基础上,针对如何有效的开发、共享和利用项目团队中的隐性知识,建立了一套合理的机制,构建一个有助于团队成员隐性知识的开发和共享模型。
This paper presents a study of the tacit knowledge acquisition and sharing in the project team. First, an analysis is made on the connotation and the characteristics of the tacit knowledge, and then based on the exploration of the tacit knowledge in the project team, a rational mechanism is set up in order to develop and share the tacit knowledge efficiently in the project team. Finally, a model conducing to the tacit knowledge developing and sharing for the team member is constructed.
