摘要
在建立四自由度汽车悬架振动模型的基础上,应用Simulink动态仿真技术对悬架系统进行了动态仿真。得出了悬架系统在路面随机激励下的各种振动响应以及悬架参数对振动响应的影响因素。把各种振动响应作为优化目标函数,应用多目标数学规划理论、Matlab优化工具箱对悬架系统参数进行优化计算,得到优化结果。对不同工况的仿真分析,优化后汽车车身振动加速度得到明显的抑制,同时悬架动行程也得到较好的控制,汽车的行驶平顺性得到明显改善。
Based on the model of 4 DOF of the suspension system, a simulation is taken in the environment of Matlab/ Simulink, and gained all sorts of vibration response of suspension system by the power of road surface and the influence of suspension parameter on vibration response.
