摘要
齿轮的优化设计是在已经选定传动方案的基础上,确定适当的优化规模,选择合理的设计变量,建立正确的数学模型,再经过必要的变换和处理,将其变为标准的数学规划问题,最后应用最优化方法求解。MATLAB附加工具箱扩展了MATLAB环境,在传递功率(扭矩)一定的情况下,探讨以体积最小为约束条件时各设计变量的具体数值,并利用MATLAB优化工具箱中的模块fmincon进行优化处理。计算结果表明:在载荷一定的条件下,当模数为2、齿数为19时,齿轮的体积最小。
The optimal design of gear is to determine appropriate optimization scale, select reasonable design variables, and establish correct mathematical models on the basis of selected transmission plan. Through necessary transition and treatment, these issues are converted into mathematical ones which can be solved by the best optimization method. The MATLAB environment is extended by additional MATLAB toolbox function fmincon. This article discusses how to require the smallest gears when the transmission power (torque) is at a fixed value. The calculation shows that when the load is fixed, the smallest gears can be obtained when the modulus is 2 and the number of gears is 19.
