摘要
运用MATLAB优化工具箱中的Fmincon函数实现装载机快换装置铰点位置的优化设计。将传力比最大作为目标函数,即在铲掘工况下掘起力到动臂与快换装置铰接点水平距离L1最小,选取快换装置的位置参数,综合考虑快换装置的强度、几何外形、运动、可靠性约束,建立快换装置铰点位置优化的数学模型。以Z30E装载机为例,通过优化得到满足约束条件时最小的L1=1 122 mm,实现传力比最大的目标,快换装置受力较大的两后铰点力明显下降,提高快换装置的安全可靠性。
The optimization design of loader quick-coupler device hinge point location is realized by the Fmincon function in MATLAB optimization Toolbox. Taking the maximum transmission force ratio as the objective function ,the horizontal distance LI between breakout force and hinge point of the boom with quick-coupler device is smallest. By selecting the positional pa- rameters and overall considering the strength, geometric shape, movement and reliability of the quick-coupler device, the op- timization mathematical model of quick-coupler device hinge point location is established. Taking Z30E loader as an example, by optimization, the minimum L1 = 1 122 mm is obtained, and the maximum transmission force ratio is achieved, the larger two rear hinge point force decline markedly, the safety and reliability of quick-coupler device are improved.
