摘要 交通仿真技术特别是TransCAD的OD(Origin-Destination)反推技术和VISSIM的动态仿真技术,是进行交通规划和交通影响分析的重要技术手段.近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高和消费观念的改变,城市内大型公建项目越来越多.由于建筑规模大和土地利用性质特殊,大型公建吸引和产生的交通量势必对周围乃至整个城市的路网造成冲击,导致路网局部的交通供求不平衡,引发交通拥堵、交通事故、环境恶化、能源消耗等问题.因此,在项目方案实施前对其进行交通影响分析非常必要.以淄博市银座购物广场为例,设计出项目交通影响分析的仿真流程,为交通影响评价提出了一种新的较为实用的方法. The traffic simulation technology,especially the OD back-stepping technology and the dynamic simulation technology based on TransCAD and VISSIM,was an important means in traffic plan and traffic impact analysis.In recent years,with the improvement in living standard and the change in consumer attitudes of residents,more and more new large-scale public projects in a city were built,producing an amount of traffic and impacting the road network in a city.Therefore,an imbalance issue of supply and demand on the local road network were resulted in,thus the traffic congestion,the traffic accident,the deteriorate environment,the energy consumption and so on were initiated easily by traffic.In this paper,silver shopping plaza of Zibo was taken as an example,and the simulation process of traffic impact analysis was designed,and a new and practical way of traffic impact analysis was proposed.
