摘要
男女两性职业地位差异是导致两性社会阶层化差异的根本原因。两性职业地位差异表现在职业进入机会、开始职业生涯的职位、职业升迁、退出职业等职业生涯各个阶段。本文以职业招聘中的性别职位规定为突破口,通过量化分析,揭示招聘单位不同职位的性别规定对男女两性社会阶层地位的影响。
The difference in occupational status between men and women is the fundamental reason for the social stratification between the sexes. This difference is manifested in all the stages of their careers, including access to job opportunities, position offered in the beginning of the career, promotion in position, and withdrawal from the occupation. With sex provisions in job vacancy offer as a breakthrough point, the essay, through a quantized analysis, reveals how these provisions affect the social stratification between men and women.
