摘要
采用H08A作焊芯,通过焊条药皮过渡W、Cr及V等合金元素,研究出具有优良抗磨耐热性能的堆焊焊条,并对稀土镁复合变质剂的作用进行分析与讨论。研究表明,在焊条药皮中加入适量的稀土镁复合变质剂,焊态下能使高速钢W18Cr4V堆焊金属中的共晶碳化物由连续网状及粗大骨骼状转变成孤立细小的不规则块状,从而大幅度提高冲击韧性及抗磨性。
Using H08A for welding core, an advanced type of wear-resistant and heat-resistant welding rods coated with W,Cr and V alloy component were produced. The results have shown that the morphology of the eutectic carbides in the W_(18)Cr_4V hardfacing alloy treated with the appropriate RE-Mg composite modifier additive changed from continuous network to isolated, fine and irregular blocks and the impact toughness and abrasion resistance increased accordingly. The role of RE-Mg composite modifier is also discussed.
