High-vanadium high abrasion-resistance alloy is used for outer of grinding roller, high abrasion-resistance properties of wearing surface of grinding roller is guaranteed making use of VC high melting point (273℃±85℃), high hardness (2600HV) of high-vanadium high abrasion-resistance alloy. Meanwhile, low alloy steel is used for inner of roller, which guarantees toughness and workability of whole roller. Thus economical and practical compound roller easy to manufacture with high abrasion-resistance can be produced by compound casting and heat treatment etc. measures.
