摘要
在低合金钢焊条中,通过药皮过渡稀土合金,探讨其对低合金钥焊缝韧性的影响机制.结果表明:适量的稀土具有去氢、脱硫、减少夹杂、净化焊缝组织、细化晶粒的作用.并能抑制创板条铁素体的形成.因此,使低合金钢焊缝韧性得到明显提高.
Re is transferred through the covering of electrode to low-alloying steel welding seam. The mechanism of the influence of Re on the toughness of the seam is discussed in this paper. The experimental results show that adequate amount of Re has the effects of deoxygenating,desulfuring,decreasing inclusions,refining the grain,and preventing the lath ferrite from forming. Therefore,it can promote the toughness of the seam remarkablely.
