摘要
基于知识联盟提高企业技术创新能力是当今企业应该树立的崭新理念。从技术创新的定义及发展出发,通过分析企业知识联盟的内涵及形成机理,构建了基于知识联盟的企业技术创新模型,并对模型的构成要素进行了探讨。
Enhancing technological innovation capability of enterprises based on the knowledge alliance is a new concept that today s enterprises should establish.From concept and development of technological innovation,and through analysis content and formation mechanism of knowledge alliance,this paper has constructed technological innovation model based on the knowledge alliance and discussed constituent elements of the model.
