摘要
在对动态能力进行再界定的基础上,认为基础能力和动态能力是企业核心能力不断发展中不可或缺的组成部分,其中基础能力属于相对静态的部分,而动态能力(包括学习能力与转化能力)则是能力不断发展的关键所在。将学习能力分解为转移能力和接受能力,转化能力分解为吸收能力和融合能力,并分析企业生命周期中动态能力的强弱。最后以佳能和施乐两家公司为例对能力发展循环支撑下的企业持续竞争优势进行阐述。
Having redefined the concept of dynamic capability, this paper divided dynamic capability into learning capability and transforming capability. Learning capability can be divided into capability of transfer and capability of reception. Tranforming capability can be divided into capability of absorption & that of integration. Furthermore, the question of how to get sustainable competitive advantage under the support of capability development cycle is analyzed taking Canon and Xerox as examples.
