摘要
从知识的形成机制入手,分析知识在形成、转移、转化的过程中,知识联盟组织形式对提高企业动态能力的作用。
The knowledge in an enterprise＇s dynamic capability is the key to obtain continues competitive competence. So the knowledge management is the essential to constant competitiveness. In this paper based on knowledge forming, knowledge transmit was analyzed and the role of knowledge alliancing was studied to enhance enterprise dynamic capability.
