摘要
通过理论分析,得出了单螺杆泵压力的产生和传递规律。采用有限元方法,建立了单螺杆泵的二维模型,分析了螺杆泵定子橡胶与转子间腔体压差、腔体压力以及过盈量对接触压力的影响,得出了压差与接触压力、腔体内压力与接触压力和最大密封压力及过盈量与最大压力的关系。结果表明:压差的增大使接触压力增大;腔体内压力的增大使接触压力减小,最大密封压力降低;过盈量的增加使螺杆泵的最大压力增大。
