摘要
压陷滚动阻力是长距离水平带式输送机运行过程中最主要的运行阻力,影响压陷滚动阻力的因素有很多,如输送带带速、托辊直径和下压载荷等。文中采用三元件固体模型,对压陷滚动阻力进行了理论公式推导,再采用有限元分析法,利用ANSYS软件对压陷滚动阻力进行了模拟仿真,得到了输送带在运行过程中的仿真结果,并分析得到了输送带带速、托辊直径和下压载荷等因素与压陷滚动阻力的关系,同时通过相应的实验台进行了压陷滚动阻力的测试,证明了仿真的准确性,从而为后续长距离水平带式输送机输送带的节能减耗设计提供了相应的指导。
Indentation rolling resistance is the most important operating resistance during the operation of a long-distance horizontal belt conveyor.There are many factors that affect the indentation rolling resistance,such as conveyor belt speed,roller diameter,and the pressure load.In this paper,the three-element solid model is used to derive the theoretical formula of the indentation rolling resistance,and then the finite element analysis method is used to simulate the indentation rolling resistance with the ANSYS software,and the simulated results of the conveyor belt during operation are obtained.And analyzed and obtained the laws of conveyor belt speed,roller diameter and the pressure load and other factors with the indentation rolling resistance.At the same time,the indentation rolling resistance test was carried out through the corresponding test bench,which proved the accuracy of the simulation.The subsequent energy-saving and consumption-reducing design of the long-distance horizontal belt conveyor belt provides corresponding guidance.
