摘要
惠州抽水蓄能电站首台机组调试期间,水导轴承及其冷却系统运行极不稳定。通过分析水导轴承的主要参数、结构、现场布置、初期运行情况,认为造成其不能正常工作的主要原因是:轴承油箱尺寸偏小,循环油泵参数选取过大,油箱排油口面积过小。针对这些问题对水导轴承进行改造,改造后的机组运行工况明显好转。
Turbine guide bearing and the cooling system did not operate steadily during commissioning of the first unit Huizhou pumped storage power station. By analysis on main parameters, structure, field deployment and initial operation of turbine guide bearing, it is believed that the abnormality is due to undersize of bearing oil tank, excessive parameter of circulating oil pumps and undersized oil outlet of oil tank, in accordance to which the turbine guide bearing is reconstructed. Working condition of the reconstructed units is bettered to great extent.
