摘要
对螺杆泵系统腔室内液体压力分布进行分析是计算液压对转子负载作用和掌握螺杆泵工作特性的基础。建立了三维螺杆泵系统的流体动力学模型,对转子处于不同位置时腔室内的流场进行了分析,得出了转子处于相应位置时腔室内的压力分布情况以及液压作用在转子上的力和力矩,并讨论了其对螺杆泵系统的影响。
Analysis of pressure distribution in a progressive cavity pump (PCP) system is the base of ealeualting forces and torques imposed on the rotor by liquid flow and understanding the performance of PCP. A three-dimensional fluid dynamics model of PCP was presented. The flow fields for several different positions of the rotor were numerically simulated and analyzed. The pressure distribution in the sealing cavity and the load on the rotor were obtained. The effect of pressure on PCP performance was discussed.
