摘要
本文研究了瞬态高温测量用薄膜热电偶的动态校准问题。利用脉冲激光产生温度脉冲,根据基于预测误差法参数辨识理论,采用MATLAB程序建立了薄膜热电偶动态辨识模型,并计算了该模型的参数;利用辨识模型计算得到了薄膜热电偶的阶跃响应和时间常数,解决了动态校准参数识别问题。
Dynamic calibration problem of thin-film thermocouple for measuring transient high temperature is studied in the paper.Pulse high temperature is generated by pulse laser,the dynamic identification model of thin-film thermocouple is established with MATLAB program based on the parameter identification theory of predictive error,and the parameters of the identification model are estimated by MATLAB program.Step response and time constant of a thin-film thermocouple are calculated with this identification mode...
