摘要
在诸如爆炸火焰温度场的瞬态测试中,传感器的动态响应特性是影响测试结果的重要指标,而温度传感器热电偶的动态响应特性通常通过时间常数来反映。针对这种特殊测温环境下对热电偶时间常数的标定要求,采用火焰温度源法,对OMEGA生产的热电偶的时间常数进行了标定分析,获得其时间常数为846.992 ms,标定系统的动态重复性为1.17%。结果表明,用此标定方法得到的时间常数能更真实地反映热电偶在火焰温度场中的动态响应性能,且标定系统的动态重复性好,测试精度高,对分析弹药爆炸过程中的热毁伤效应有一定的参考价值。
On the study of transient test during the flame's temperature flied such as explosion, temperature sensor's dynamic response characteristic is one of the important indicators affects the test result. And the thermo couple' s dynamic response characteristic is always reflected by time constant. In this paper, according to the thermo couple calibration requirements raised about the special temperature environment, a flame temperature source method was applied to experiment on a thermocouple, which is produced by OMEGA Company. It' s time constant is obtained as 846.992 ms in the flame's temperature field. And the calibration system's dynamic repeatability is 1.17%. The results show that in flame's temperature field, the time constant obtained through this method can more truly reflect thermocouple' s dynamic response characteristic. Moreover, because the calibration system' s high measurement precision and it' s good dynamic repeatability, the research results have some application values to the study of thermal damage of the exploded ammunition.
