摘要
利用热电偶测量动态温度 ,响应速度常成为制约指标。提高响应速度的常规途径是热端外露、减小壁厚 ,即减少测温元件的热容 ,但这必然会降低热电偶的强度和耐磨性。本文从热电偶传递函数出发 ,推导了一种补偿算法。通过处理输出信号立即获得实际温度值。该算法易于在单片机内实现 。
The response delay of thermocouple is unfavourable in dynamic temperature measurements.Decreasing the delay is generally dependent on decreasing its heat capacity,such as bare bulb or thinner wall,which lead to derate the strength and wearproof.A novel compensation algorithm is derived from the superimposing principle in the paper.Instant temperatures can be achieved by the algorithm.A valid way to improve thermocouple specifications is devoted as carrying out the computations in CPU.
