摘要
在对SMART-CNC磨床几何误差建模及对某双频激光干涉仪工作原理分析的基础上,针对该磨床的误差参数辨识进行了实际测量中的应用,并以检测结果作为数控机床误差补偿的前提进行几何误差补偿。
The model of SMART-CNC grading machine was given.The working principle of the dual-frequency laser interferometer which produced by Renishaw company was analyzed and the dual-frequency laser interferometer was used aiming at error parameter identification for the grading machine.The error compensation for grading machine tool was done based on the result of inspection.
