摘要
在室内5个恒温的条件下,利用有效积温法则和"最小二乘法"统计分析计算出新疆北疆棉区双斑萤叶甲卵的发育起点温度和有效积温。结果表明,双斑萤叶甲卵期长,卵发育历期受温度影响显著。在19、22、25、28和31℃时,卵期分别为131.2、100.1、73.0、64.1和58.2d。卵孵化的发育起点温度为9.8℃,有效积温为1182.2日度,有效积温预测式为N=(1182.2±100.30)/[T-(9.8±1.34)]。
The developmental threshold temperature(C) and effective accumulative temperature(K) of eggs for M.hieroglyphica were analyzed at five constant temperatures(19,22,25,28 and 31℃) by using effective accumulated temperature law and least square method.The result showed that the period of eggs for M.hieroglyphica is relat long ively.And it was shortened as temperature is rising,at five constant temperatures(19,22,25,28 and 31℃).The period of eggs were 131.2,100.1,73.0,64.1,58.2d,respectively.The threshold tempe...
