摘要
管氏肿腿蜂发育起点温度和有效积温试验研究结果表明,温度对管氏肿腿蜂各虫态的发育历期及发育速率有显著影响,在温度为20、24、26、28、30℃时,雌性管氏肿腿蜂世代历期分别为40.7、34.0、30.1、28.0、26.4 d;其卵、幼虫、成虫和世代发育起点温度分别为11.39、10.84、9.14、10.98、11.43℃,有效积温依次为52.25、103.01、223.70、258.24、442.86℃。
Abstract Study on the developmental zero and effective accumulated temperature experiment of Scleroderma guani Xiao et Wu results showed that temperature had significant effect on the developmental duration and developmental velocity of each bug state.When the temperature was at 20,24, 26,28,30℃, developmental duration of Scleroderma guani Xiao et Wu was 40,7,34.0,30.1,28.0,26.4 days ,the temperature of spawn,larva, imago, developmental zero was 11.39,10.84,9.14,10.98,11.43 ℃, efective accumulated temperature was 52.25,103.01,223.70,258.24,442.86 ℃ respectively.
