摘要
在15℃,21℃,24℃,27℃和一个变温(平均值为26℃)下,测定了二纹柱萤叶甲各虫态的发育历期。结果表明,各虫态历期均随温度升高呈负线性变化,卵、一龄、二龄、三龄、幼虫、蛹、全世代发育起点温度分别为:9.02℃,8.83℃, 8.48℃,8.37℃,8.20℃,7.73℃.8.22℃;有效积温分别为:171.94,58.61,57.00,58.28,181.03,301.98,655.06(日度)。
The developmental period oi Gallerucida biifasciata Motschulsky was determined under 4 constant temperatures t 15, 21,24 and 27℃ ) and one varying temperature (the average temperature was 26℃ ). The results show that the various developmental stage of Gallerucida bifasciata are shortened with temperature increase between 15 - 27 ℃, and the threshold and effective accumulated temperatures of egg, Ist larva, 2nd larva, 3rd larva, larva, pupae and whole generation are 9.02℃ and 171.94 day-degree, 8.83℃ and 58.61 day degree, 8. 48℃ and 57.00 day-degree, 8.37℃ and 58, 28 day-degree, 8.20℃ and 181.03 day-degree, 7.73℃ and 301.98 day-degree, and 8.22℃ and 655.06 day-degree respectively.
