摘要
目的探究国际生物力学学院(ICB)矫形鞋垫对足外翻患儿足底压力特征、平衡及步行能力的影响.方法选择枣庄市妇幼保健院2019年10月—2021年10月收治的足外翻患儿80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40).对照组采用常规训练,观察组在对照组基础上加用ICB矫形鞋垫,均持续干预3个月.比较两组足底压力特征、平衡能力及步行能力.结果干预前,两组足底压力特征、平衡能力、步行能力对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).干预后,观察组的足前掌内侧缘、足弓内侧缘压力百分比均低于对照组,足前掌外侧缘、足弓外侧缘、足跟承受压力百分比均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组Berg平衡量表评分高于对照组,粗大运动功能评定量表中站立位(D区)、行走与跑跳(E区)评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论ICB矫形鞋垫能够改变足外翻患儿的足底压力特征,提高平衡及步行能力.
Objective To investigate the effects of International College of Biomechanics(ICB)orthopedic insoles on plantar pressure characteristics,balance and walking ability in children with valgus feet.Methods A total of 80 children with foot valgus who were admitted to Zaozhuang maternal and child health hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected and divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine training,while the observation group was given ICB orthopedic insole on the basis of the control group,and the intervention continued for 3 months.The characteristics of plantar pressure,balance ability and walking ability were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in plantar pressure characteristics,balance ability,and walking ability between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the percentage of pressure on the medial edge of the forefoot and the medial edge of the arch of the foot in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the percentage of pressure on the lateral edge of the forefoot,the lateral edge of the arch and the heel in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the Berg balance scale score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of standing(area D),walking and running and jumping(area E)in the gross motor function rating scale were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The ICB orthopedic insole can change the plantar pressure characteristics of children with valgus feet and improve balance and walking ability.
