3D设计矫形鞋垫及医学运动锻炼对跖筋膜炎患者足底疼痛及足部功能的影响 被引量:5

Effects of 3D-designed Orthopedic Insoles and Medical Exercise on Pain and Foot Function in Patients with Plantar Fasciitis

摘要 【目的】研究3D设计矫形鞋垫及医学运动锻炼对跖筋膜炎患者足底疼痛及足部功能的彰响。【方法】选取本院骨科2017年9月至2018年9月收治的80例(131足)跖筋膜炎患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。观察组采取3D设计矫形鞋垫联合医学运动锻炼干预,对照组采取单纯医学运动锻炼干预。对比两组干预前后足部功能障碍恢复情况(包括足部疼痛和行动障碍),对比两组干预前后足部功能评分(AOFAS)、足部功能障碍评分,另对比两组干预前后跖筋膜厚度、最长持续行走时间差异。【结果】观察组干预后AOFAS评分显著高于干预前及对照组干预后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组优良率73.00%显著高于对照组(35.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后足部疼痛程度及行动障碍程度评分显著低于干预前及对照组干预后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后跖筋膜厚度显著低于干预前及对照组干预后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后最长持续行走时间显著长于干预前及对照组干预后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】3D设计矫形鞋垫配合医学运动锻炼可有效缓解患者的足部疼痛及行动障碍,干预效果较好,值得临床推广使用。 【Objective】To investigate the effects of 3D-designed orthopedic insoles and medical exercise on pain and foot function in patients with plantar fasciitis.【Methods】A total of 80 patients with plantar fasciitis in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the research object.The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group received 3D-designed orthopedic insoles combined with medical exercise,while patients in the control group only received medical exercise intervention.The recovery of foot function before and after intervention was compared between the two groups.The difference of foot function score(AOFAS),foot pain degree and movement disorder degree between the two groups before and after intervention was compared.The plantar fascia thickness and the longest walking time between the two groups before and after intervention was recorded as well.【Results】The AOFAS score of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 73.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 35.00%(P<0.05).The scores of foot pain and movement disorder in the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than those in the pre-intervention observation group and the post-intervention control group(P<0.05).The thickness of plantar fascia in the observation group after intervention was significantly lower than that in the pre-intervention observation group and the post-intervention control group(P<0.05).The longest walking time in the observation group after the intervention was significantly lower than that in the preintervention observation group and the post-intervention control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The 3D-designed Orthopedic insole combined with medical exercise can effectively relieve foot pain and movement d
