摘要
针对矫形鞋垫在糖尿病足患者中的治疗效果目前尚存在争议的问题,系统评价了矫形鞋垫对糖足足底压力分布的干预效果。检索多个数据库收集矫形鞋垫对糖足足底压力分布干预效果的随机对照实验。应用RevMan 5.3软件进行荟萃分析,研究共纳入文献20篇,样本量为实验组909例、对照组788例。荟萃分析显示,矫形鞋垫能够降低足底峰值压强,鞋垫足弓、跖骨、足跟和全足对足底压力分布的改善较平坦式鞋垫组具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究结果表明矫形鞋垫对降低糖足足底压力有较好的效果。
To the problem of the therapeutic effect of orthopedic insoles in patients with diabetic foot,this meta-analysis systematically evaluated the intervention effect of orthopedic insoles on plantar pressure distribution of diabetic foot.Multiple databases were searched to collecting randomized controlled trials of the intervention effect of orthopedic insole on diabetic foot plantar pressure distribution.Revman 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis,20 papers were included,and the sample size was 909 cases in the experimental group and 788 cases in the control group.Meta-analysis showed that orthopedic insoles reduced peak plantar pressure,insole arch,metatarsal,heel and whole foot had significant improvement on plantar pressure distribution than flat insole group(P<0.05).The results show that orthopedic insole has a good effect on reducing plantar pressure of diabetic foot.
