摘要
目的探讨医教结合模式康复训练联合融合式教育在脑瘫患儿中的应用价值.方法选择2020年3月—2022年3月我院收治的72例脑瘫患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组.对照组(n=36)采用常规康复训练,观察组(n=36)采用医教结合模式康复训练联合融合式教育.两组均干预6个月.对比分析两组发育情况及运动功能.结果干预6个月后,观察组Gresell发育诊断量表中大运动、语言能力、社交行为、精细动作、适应能力评分及粗大运动功能评定量表-88中D能区和E能区总分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论医教结合模式康复训练联合融合式教育能够有效促进脑瘫患儿正常发育,改善其语言能力、社交行为、大运动、精细动作、适应能力,提高运动功能,临床应用价值较高.
Objective To explore the application value of rehabilitation training of combination of medicine and education mode combined with integrated education in children with cerebral palsy.Methods 72 children with cerebral palsy admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=36)received conventional rehabilitation training,and the observation group(n=36)received rehabilitation training of combination of medicine and education mode combined with integrated education.Both groups were intervened for 6 months.The development and motor function of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After 6 months of intervention,the scores of gross motor,language ability,social behavior,fine motor and adaptability of Gresell developmental diagnostic scale and the total scores of D and E energy areas in gross motor function measure-88 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation training of combination of medicine and education mode combined with integrated education can effectively promote the normal development of cerebral palsy children,improve their language ability,social behavior,gross motor,fine motor,adaptability,and improve their motor function,which is of high clinical application value.
