摘要
目的探讨任务导向训练联合躯干强化训练在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用价值.方法选择2020年3月—2022年3月青岛市城阳区人民医院收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者72例,按随机数字表法分为两组.对照组36例实施常规康复训练,观察组36例实施任务导向训练联合躯干强化训练,两组均训练8周.对比两组肢体功能、平衡能力、步行功能、三维步态参数.结果训练8周后,观察组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评价量表、Berg平衡量表评分、步频均高于对照组,步速快于对照组,步幅、步态周期、患侧步长均长于对照组,功能性步行量表分级优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论任务导向训练联合躯干强化训练能够有效促进脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能恢复,改善其三维步态参数,提高平衡能力和运动功能,临床应用价值高.
Objective To explore the application value of task oriented training combined with trunk intensive training in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods 72 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to the Chengyang District People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group of 36 cases received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group of 36 cases received task oriented training combined with trunk intensive training.Both groups received 8 weeks of training.The limb function,balance ability,walking function and three-dimensional gait parameters of the two groups were compared.Results After 8 weeks of training,the scores of Fugl-Meyer assessment,Berg balance scale scores,stride frequency in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,stride speed was faster than that in the control group,gait cycle,stride amplitude,stride length of the affected side were longer than those in the control group,and the functional ambulation category scale grading was better than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Task oriented training combined with trunk intensive training can effectively promote the recovery of limb function of stroke patients with hemiplegia,improve their three-dimensional gait parameters,improve their balance ability and motor function,and have high clinical application value.
