计算机认知训练联合任务导向训练对脑梗死患者认知、运动、平衡功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of Computer Cognitive Training Combined with Task Oriented Training on Cognitive,Motor,Balance Functions and Quality of Life in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的分析计算机认知训练联合任务导向训练(TOT)在脑梗死(CI)患者中的应用效果.方法选择2020年9月—2022年6月该院收治的68例CI患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各34例.两组均予以常规药物治疗,待病情稳定48 h后,对照组行TOT,观察组在对照组基础上行计算机认知训练,均持续训练4周.对比两组蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、下肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表(FMA)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)、脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)评分.结果训练4周后,观察组MoCA评分(15.25±4.29)分、下肢FMA评分(27.14±4.24)分、BBS评分(41.46±4.39)分、SS-QOL评分(51.26±4.81)分均高于对照组的(12.13±4.23)分、(22.38±4.16)分、(32.04±5.22)分、(42.67±4.79)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论计算机认知训练联合TOT在CI患者中应用效果显著,可有效改善其认知、运动及平衡功能,提高生活质量. Objective To analyze the application effect of computer cognitive training combined with task oriented training in(TOT)patients with cerebral infarction(CI).Methods 68 patients with CI admitted to the hospital from September 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 34 patients in each group.Both groups were given routine drug treatment.After 48 hours of stable condition,the control group received TOT,and the observation group received computer cognitive training on the basis of the control group,with both interventions for 4 weeks.The Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA),Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)of lower limb,Berg balance scale(BBS)and stroke specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)scores of the two groups were compared.Results After 4 weeks of training,MoCA score(15.25±4.29)points,FMA score of lower limb(27.14±4.24)points,BBS score(41.46±4.39)points and SS-QOL score(51.26±4.81)points in the observation group were higher than(12.13±4.23)points,(22.38±4.16)points,(32.04±5.22)points and(42.67±4.79)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of computer cognitive training combined with TOT in patients with CI has a significant effect,which can effectively improve their cognitive,motor and balance functions,and improve quality of life.
