摘要
为适应当前社会发展对应用型心理学人才的需求,结合发展心理学课程的特点,尝试将OBE理念和PBL教学模式相融合用于该课程的教学改革,旨在提升学生的职业能力。首先,以社会需求为导向,通过“社会需求-职业能力-毕业要求”来反向设计课程目标。然后,以学生为中心,以问题为导向,通过课前导入问题、课中探究问题、课后拓展问题来实施PBL教学模式。结果显示,教学改革不仅取得了良好的教学效果,而且学生的各项职业能力得到了锻炼和提高。
In order to meet the needs of current social development for applied psychology talents,combined with the characteristics of developmental psychology course,we attempts to integrate OBE concept and PBL teaching mode into the teaching reform of this course,in order to improve students’professional ability.First of all,guided by social needs,the curriculum goals are reversely designed through"social needs-professional ability-graduation requirements".Then,students-centered and problem-oriented,the PBL teaching model is implemented by introducing problems before class,exploring problems in class,and expanding problems after class.The results show that the teaching reform has not only achieved good teaching results,but also exercised and improved students’various vocational abilities.
