摘要
该研究针对国内外创意产业蓬勃发展,如何培养优秀的创意人才,满足我国创意产业发展中高技能和高素质的创新创意人才需求,由于创意设计人才的生成具有独特性实验性培养教育模式,是我国各院校在创意人才培养过程中必须面对解决的问题,对创意人才的创新能力培养是一种教育挑战。针对当下创新设计人才培养与我国经济转型升级过程中人才需求的矛盾状况,提出了以创意激励为导向在设计人才教育的运用及开发思路,目的在于探讨如何激发学生的设计创新和创作行为的主动性相关活动的教学方法,以及解读相关活动与创意设计人才领域大专院校学生之间互动关系。
This study is aimed at domestic and foreign creative industries,how to train outstanding creative talents to meet the needs of high-skilled and high-quality creative talents in the development of creative industries in China.The creation of creative design talents has a unique experimental training education model,which is the problem that the school must face in the process of cultivating creative talents is that the cultivation of creative talents’creative ability is an educational challenge.Aiming at the contradiction between the education of creative design talents and social needs in China,based on the reform and practical exploration,the author puts forward the idea of creative inspirationoriented"application and development of design talents education,in order to get rid of the past theoretical lessons in design education.The teaching model aims to explore how to motivate students’design innovation and creative behavior-related activities,and to interpret the interaction between related activities and students in colleges and universities in the field of creative design talents.
