摘要
进入21世纪以来，在化石能源经济时代日渐衰退，第三次工业革命日渐兴起之际，中国的制鞋行业应当抓住这次崛起的良机。第三次工业革命是新一轮技术和产业的革命，社会需要大批创新型高素质人才，需要能够敏锐追踪尖端科学最新发展的人才。应该转变观念，顺应时代的发展，努力探索鞋靴设计教育教学改革的策略与方法，培养能够适应社会发展的创新型高素质鞋靴设计人才。
Since the 21st century, in the era of fossil energy economy weakening, the in- creasingly rise of the third industrial revolution, the rise of China＇s footwear industry should seize this opportunity. The third industrial revolution is a new technology and industrial revolution, so- ciety needs a large number of innovative high-quality talents, acute need to be able to track the latest cutting-edge science development of talents. We should change concept, with the develop- ment of times, trying to explore the method of shoe design education teaching reform, training to adapt to social development of innovative high-quality talent.
