摘要
目的探讨微视频健康教育在痔瘘手术患者围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法选取2020-10/2021-05月在麻醉下接受手术治疗的痔瘘患者120例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各60例。术前访视时,观察组通过手术室自制的健康教育微视频进行围手术期健康宣教;对照组患者采用常规口头宣教和书面讲解的方式进行健康教育。记录两组患者对相关健康教育知识的掌握率、围手术期的治疗依从性,以及自我护理能力和治疗满意度。结果观察组患者痔瘘围手术期教育知识掌握情况高于对照组(90.0%vs.75.0%,χ_(2)=4.675,P<0.05);观察组治疗依从性得分高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(19.22±2.31 vs.18.05±3.31,t=2.241,P<0.05);观察组自我护理能力评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(71.52±3.49 vs.69.55±4.81,t=2.562,P<0.05);观察组的医护质量满意度与对照组相似,差异无统计学意义(χ_(2)=0.702,P>0.05)。结论基于微视频的健康教育应用于痔瘘手术患者的围手术期护理,有利于提高患者对健康教育知识的掌握程度、治疗依从性及自我护理能力,具有良好的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of micro-video health education in perioperative nursing of patients with hemorrhoid and anal fistula surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients with hemorrhoids and fistulas were randomly divided into observation group and control group with each 60 patients from October 2020 to May 2021.During the preoperative visit,perioperative health education was carried out in the observation group through the health education micro-video made by the operating room nurses,while health education were received by the patients in the control group by means of routine oral education and written explanation.The mastery rate of health education knowledge,compliance of perioperative treatment,self-care ability and treatment satisfaction were evaluated in the two groups.Results The mastery of perioperative educational knowledge of hemorrhoids and anal fistula in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(90.0%vs.75.0%,χ_(2)=4.675,P<0.05).The score of treatment compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(19.22±2.31 vs.18.05±3.31,t=2.241,P<0.05).The self-care ability score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(71.52±3.49 vs.69.55±4.81,t=2.562,P<0.05).The satisfaction of treatment in the observation group was similar to that of the control group,but there was no significant difference(χ_(2)=0.702,P>0.05).Conclusion The application of health education based on micro-video in perioperative nursing of patients undergoing hemorrhoid and anal fistula surgery is beneficial to improve patients′mastery of health education knowledge,treatment compliance and self-care ability,which has good clinical application value.
